I’m Aline Foster and I am a professional development and leadership coach. Before qualifying as a coach in 2013, I worked in commercial aviation for over 25 years, during this time I held many leadership roles and managed teams locally and remotely.
My first experience in leadership, however, did not go well! I had been promoted because of my technical skills and not my leadership skills, something which I regularly see in businesses today.
I now work with HR professionals and people who manage teams on a 1 2 1 basis to help improve communication, engagement and confidence in their leadership role. I believe that by creating the right culture, through great leadership, we can all have a better day at work!
